The Roof Deck Estateon Lease

Set on a 713 sqm lot inside Ayala Alabang Village, this brand new residence resolves 1,431 sqm of floor area across a basement, two storeys and a full roof deck — every level served by an elevator.

The basement carries the estate's working heart: an eight-car garage, an auxiliary kitchen, maids' and driver's quarters, and a provision for a generator set.

The ground floor opens through the living area and lanai to the dining and the pool, with a den/office, guest room, common kitchen and multi-purpose room alongside. The second floor holds the master bedroom with walk-in closets and three further bedrooms, each with walk-in closets of their own. Above it all, the roof deck is given over to outdoor dining, a lounge, a bar and a toilet.
